Our Approach:

Health can be maintained and even achieved through proper eating and lifestyle habits.  If other help is needed, we recommend a natural approach.  Herbs are well assimilated by the body and herbal formulas are especially effective.  We practice Integrated Herbalism, a combination of Traditional Chinese, Western and Ayurvedic.

Carol Doudna offers simple herbal advice or complete consultations based on Traditional Chinese herbalism integrated with Western  and Ayurvedic herbal traditions.  This includes symptom pattern analysis as well as tongue and pulse examination.

This approach focuses on the root of illness and suggests herbal, nutritional, dietary and lifestyle remedies.  Also included is a brief analysis of your Ayurvedic dosha, or body constitution type, and the things that aggravate or support your health.

Herbal therapies are greatly enhanced when combined with treament of the energy body (see Pranic Energy Healing).
